The Gamma Glasgow 74 Year Club and the 2019 45th Reunion Organising Committee undertake to hold securely all personal data provided to or acquired by them.

These data will be stored in hard copy and also in digital form on computers. Any information that is stored remotely is stored in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the fully firewalled, password-protected and SSL-encrypted document management system within the administrative section of this website.

These data will only be collected and used for our event planning purposes and/or to provide information about events or other matters of importance relevant to the Gamma Glasgow 74 Year Club and which we believe to be of interest to you.

The GDPR refers to sensitive personal data as “special categories of personal data”. We do not record any such special data.

Only the Secretary and the Administrator of the Gamma Glasgow 74 Year Club and its Reunion Organising Committee will have access to your personal data and that only for the purposes referred to above. No personal data will be released to any other person without your prior permission.

NO personal data will be passed on to any third parties.
